LONG PAPER “ORAL PRESENTATION”

- An oral presenter will have 20 minutes for the presentation (approximately 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for the questions).

- Please make sure you introduce yourself to the session chair at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your session.

- A computer, equipped with Adobe Reader and Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, will be available for the presentations.

LONG PAPER “POSTER PRESENTATION”

- Posters should be printed in portrait mode and preferably in size A0 (i.e. 46.8 inches by 33.1 inches).

- You will be expected to display your poster at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the assigned session. 

- One author cannot present more than one paper at the same poster session.

- A one minute teaser/spotlight presentation of your poster (MS PowerPoint template can be downloaded here)

SHORT PAPER “POSTER(+DEMO) PRESENTATION”

- Posters should be printed in portrait mode, preferably in size A0 (i.e. 46.81 inches by 33.11 inches).

- If you wish to show a demo as well, we can provide a table and an electricity source close to the poster. Please send your requests ASAP to “das2014@univ-tours.fr" with your full name and the number & title of the accepted paper.

- You will be expected to display your poster (and make your demo ready) at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the assigned session. 

- One author cannot present more than one paper at the same poster(+demo) session.

- A one minute teaser/spotlight presentation of your poster (MS PowerPoint template can be downloaded here).

POSTER PRINTING SERVICE

We have arranged for a poster printing service to print and deliver your posters at the workshop venue. The cost for a rolled paper version of one poster is 35 euros. The payment is to be made in cash; on-site at the DAS’2014 welcome desk during registration. A payment receipt will be provided.

- If you do not receive a confirmation of the good reception of your command in 3 days, please do not hesitate to send a reminder email to DAS’2014 secretariat.

- Deadline:  March 20th, 2014
